We have prepared the final submission to council in regards this matter, I'd like to thank Mark for preparing this and for all the members who provided feedback.  We made sure that all feedback was included in the submission document, so it gave a balanced opinion of our membership.

Thanks also to all the offers for help and assistance for the future and all the postive feedback I've received to date.  I've personally received no negative feedback apart from the odd dig by the EPNA in the Central Leader, which was to be expected.
