Given the mixed feelings concerning this development we feel that it's important that residents and owners make their own individual submission. As an association we will be making a submission stating that as an organisation we neither support or are against the development due to mixed feelings within the group but would be willing to attend the hearing to ensure that our memberships voice is heard and base this voice on neighbourhood and website feedback.
The Eden Park Trust Board have now accept that the number of houses effected by shading is more than the original 56, if the permitted baseline is removed from the equation and they are currently sending letters out to the additional 60 effected houses and have said that their date for submissions will be extended to 15th Sept 06 (for these houses only). A workshop for these 116 effected households is to be arranged by the EPTB, will pass on details as soon.
