Please find attached (Click Here - 4Mb) the noise management plan for construction. This document will be modified as required throughout construction. Council's acoustic consultant will work closely with both Fletchers and their acoustic consultant to ensure monitoring is carried out at times where it is deemed to be necessary. Complaints should be forwarded to Fletchers in the first instance and copied to myself so I can ensure that the correct action has been taken. Council also intends to undertake periods of random noise monitoring to ensure that compliance is being achieved.
